GHz Circuit Design, Inc. (GCD) was founded in 1996 as a fabless RF and Mixed-Signal design center, specializing in developing custom solutions to meet our customers' needs. GCD also develops RF and Mixed-Signal intellectual property (IP) cores on various enabling technologies. We maintain active working relationships with numerous semiconductor foundries for high- volume/low-cost components and leading-edge semiconductor technologies, including a variety of Silicon (Si) and Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) based processes.

When it was founded, the technology and managment team of GCD brought with it a legacy of engineering success in RF and Mixed-Signal design, and a recognition of the value each design brings to our customers.

GCD is a privately held corporation, based and incorporated in Newburyport, Massachusetts.
