Responsibilities: |
|
|
|
Leading a team of 2-3 engineers in the development of highly- integrated ICs. Defining IC specifications. Hands-on design, simulation, and testing of circuits: Ensuring designs for manufacturability and reliability. Accurately interpreting test results. Accurately estimating required design tasks and milestones. Mentoring of Junior and Mid-Level engineers. Participating in proposals and project definitions. |

Education and Experience Desired: |
|
|
|
BSEE, MSEE. 10+ years experience in integrated circuit development with 5 years in RFIC development. Prefer experience in Si, GaAs and CMOS. Demonstrated record of product development success. Specific experience in LNAs, mixers, up and down-converters, filters, and AHDL models is desired. Experience with products for CDMA, GSM, DECT, Bluetooth, or other wireless applications highly desirable. |

RF IC Design Engineer |
|
|
|
Minimum 5 years design experience should include Low Noise Amplifiers, Power Amplifiers, VCOs, mixers, A/D and D/A converters, gmC filters, SC filters, I/Q mod/demods, and synthesizers. Must have hands-on knowledge of RF hardware from baseband through 3 GHz as well as good analytical skills. Design tool experience should include CADENCE, SPICE, or HP Eesof. Familiarity with AHDL simulators a plus. |

Design Engineer Analog/Mixed Signal IC |
|
|
|
Responsible for the design and development of telecom IC's from initial concept/specification through final verification of conformance to customer and industry specifications. Should be familiar with Sonet/SDH, Gigabit Ethernet, and XDSL standards. Functions include mux, demux, CDR, TIA, and laser drivers. Education Experience: BSEE with 5 years required - MSEE with 6 years preferred. |
